How has agriculture been affected by Covid-19

When COVID-19 hit everyone in the world did not know how it was going to effect the humans race. Since we have been through a lot of lock downs around the world, a lot of businesses had to close, some even for good. When we look at how other food places stayed in business during these lockdowns is a way to think about how they got their product to stay in business. Agricultural exports during the COVID-19 period appear to have been holding up relatively well compared to overall U.S. exports. In the first seven   of 2020, U.S. ag exports were down 3.5 percent from last year compared to a decrease of 18 percent for non-ag exports.

  1. This article was very interesting. I would have never thought to put the exports of agricultural and pandemic to have effect. The facts you mention are very helpful to understand as well.
