How Sewer Gas Could Provide Clean, Renewable Energy
The article with its catchy title discusses how scientists are using the hydrogen sulfide found in human waste into clean energy production. Hydrogen is powerful clean energy source and its only waste is water. It is also found in oil refining and mining. In Denver there is a location that uses human waste from the sewer to heat 90% of its buildings.
I found this article interesting as this is something we will always have in abundance. I liked that fact we could use some of the waste products of our “dirty” energy, oil refining and mining, to produce another clean energy source as hydrogen is found in them also.
One thing that I liked about this blog was how you used pictures. It gave my eyes something else to look at than just read. I also like how you put the link in the bottom just incase someone wanted to go back and read it. I also like how you said what you liked about it.
ReplyDeleteThere were a few things I liked about your blog, One of them being you inserted pictures and made it so it wasn't as boring and secondly you did a good job summarizing the article in your first paragraph.
ReplyDeleteI really liked how you came up with a really good title to pull in your readers. I did not know that we were able to do this type of stuff to get clean energy and I feel like it is worth a shot to try more and more so we can start getting cleaner energy.
