The soil, a great wealth
Today we are going to talk about the different organic sources present in the soil. This is an article that was published on the site "Sciencing" on July 21, 2017.
An organic matter consists of decomposing plant and animal matter I knew that microbes from various sources. It is widely used by gardeners because it promotes rapid plant growth and improves soil structure and minimizes soil erosion by moisture-retaining winds.
The first kind of organic matter can be characterized as animal manure, which is the excrement left in a pile. It contains nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfur.
We can also find this phenomenon when mowing the lawn which can provide up to 25% of the total fertilizer needs of a lawn.
Vegetable peelings (potatoes, carrots, cabbage...) can be released in the form of a compost heap which favors the appearance of fungi, bacteria and earthworms which allow the appearance of nutrients. It is a process of decomposition.
Cardboard or straw can also play this role. Indeed, they can improve the structure of the soil during the decomposition process despite the fact that they do not produce nutrients.
