The New Kansas State Flower- Liam Guthrie

When I would go on road trips to Colorado I would really admire these majestic windmills. I chose this topic because of how much renewable energy a state so close to us uses. Very strong winds blow across the open fields of Kansas, creating very significant wind energy sources. Many major river systems including the Arkansas and smoky hill rivers offer hydropower potential.

  1. Thank you for your response, I found it to be extremely enlightening and positively forward thinking. While it is debatable to what amount of influence that renewable sources of energy will have, like wind, solar and different batteries are looking to be nothing but positive from our current vantage point.
