    I find it crazy that there are so many animals that are going extinct. I think that there should be less animals on this list. I would love to hear more if we could know how to save them. Great post!

    Nice post! I talked about it in my blog a couple weeks ago and I was shocked when I see the amount of species becoming extinct's. I hope we can change this and save this species!

    I liked your blog. I find it interesting how many species are near to extinction. Many animals shouldn't even be counted as near endangered as most of them barely help with us humans. I don't get why most animals are traded. I rather have animals alive then a mass extinction happening soon.

Energy: Hydropower Pros and Cons

 Hydropower is not often talked about as a primary option for sustainable energy, however, 6.6% of energy produced in the U.S. is through hydropower, compared to solar energy which happens to only be 2.3% and is usually the first thought when someone mentions “clean energy.” The reason for this being the majority hydropower plants only give energy to large-scale, industrial operations.  Hydropower boasts a few positives that make it a viable option, those being that it is reliable, safe, and produces a very low amount of emissions. Other than that, they are fairly expensive to build, and they have a very realistic potential to cause droughts.
